“Working with Chris over the past 2 ½ years has been nothing short of amazing. For any nutritional guidance or advice, Chris is always the first one I turn to. In 2013 I did a mini-cut with him and he was able to get me the leanest I have ever been while maintaining all my muscle and without having to “suffer” from a severe reduced calorie diet plan. Unfortunately, I suffered an injury shortly after and needed multiple shoulder surgeries over the next two years. During this time, Chris was able to apply his nutritional knowledge to my situation to help me stay lean without doing much activity at the gym and keep me at an optimal body composition for when I returned to the gym.

In May 2015 after a 2 year lay-off, I made my return to the gym and Chris was able to help me increase my caloric intake while staying lean and adding strength and muscle. He also provided me with a shoulder rehabilitation program that helped strengthen my shoulder and reduce pain during my weight training. This was a crucial step since my physical therapy program at a separate location seemed to stall with helping recovery. I can honestly say since he incorporated his shoulder rehab routine, my shoulder has made drastic improvements. I went from pressing 30 lb dumbbells for 10 reps to 75 lb dumbbells for 10 reps on incline press in just a few months once starting his rehab protocol. Today, I am back to full activity, which includes weightlifting and playing sports thanks to Chris’s guidance.”
